Terms of Service – StoryDrop

1. Scope & Parties

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StoryDrop, operated by Loom Drop Global Teknoloji Tic.Ltd.Şti. ("we", "us", "StoryDrop"), registered in Mersin, Turkey. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

StoryDrop is a creator inbox platform that allows content creators to receive structured fan submissions ("Drops") via a personal public link. The service includes:

→ A personal Drop Link page (storydrop.net/drop/yourslug) for fan submissions
→ A Kanban-style inbox to triage and manage incoming Drops
→ Story Arcs for organising Drops into content themes
→ Calendar scheduling and episode planning tools
→ Fan incentivisation via badges and recognition
→ Voice drop transcription (Pro plan)

3. Accounts

→ You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
→ You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
→ You may not create accounts for others without their consent.
→ One person may not maintain multiple active accounts to circumvent plan limits.

4. Plans & Billing

Free Plan

Up to 50 Drops per month, Kanban board, fan reply, StoryDrop badge on Drop Link.

Pro Plan (€24/month)

Unlimited Drops, calendar & scheduling, fan incentivisation, badge removal, priority support.

Billing is monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

5. Content & Acceptable Use

You may not use StoryDrop to:

✕ Distribute illegal, defamatory, or harassing content
✕ Infringe third-party intellectual property rights
✕ Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
✕ Use automated tools to submit Drops in bulk
✕ Impersonate other creators or StoryDrop staff

Creators are responsible for the content they publish on their public Drop Link page and for moderating incoming submissions.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of content you create or receive through StoryDrop. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the service.

The StoryDrop platform, logo, and all associated software are the intellectual property of Loom Drop Global Teknoloji Tic.Ltd.Şti. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written permission.

7. Liability & Warranty

StoryDrop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability but aim for 99.5% monthly uptime.

We are not liable for content submitted by fans or third parties. Creators are solely responsible for the submissions they receive and how they use them.

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. All your data will be permanently erased within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

9. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mersin, Turkey, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
